Summer is a time to
hit the beach and show off your months of hard dieting and training, but is your
body in the condition it should be in?
Many of us are
still self conscious about taking our shirts off for all to see, so now's the
time to get training hard in preparation for beach time this coming summer. Here
are a few common myths about training and dieting, be sure to keep this in mind
over the coming weeks and months before summertime.
Should I
be training my abs everyday up until summer?
Absolutely not!
Too many workouts provide no additional benefit to your abs. It will only cause
you to get weaker as a result of overtraining. It should take no more than
three-four ab sessions weekly to give great definition. Remember, train less,

Would it

certainly increase fat burning benefits. Sixpacknow recommends Lean System 7 or Hydroxycut
Hardcore. Full reviews can be viewed in our
Supplement Section on site.
Should I
go on a strict diet to get abdominal defintion?
Absolutely! As we
often say, diet accounts for as much as 80% of the 'six pack' equation. We have
a motto "eat clean, stay lean". If you want your abs to be a chiseled
work of art, then you need to enforce discipline. Eating foods that effectively
destroy your progress (processed snacks, fast foods, microwave meals) will just
not bring the results. You must ensure you are feeding your body with the
nutrients it needs and when abdominal definition is involved you need to make
sure, chicken, turkey, fish, lean meat, fiberous vegetables, fruits and
wholegrains actively make up your diet. There are still ways to enjoy what you
eat, using these modifications. You don't necessarily have to "diet."
You just have to know what and when you can eat certain foods. All will be explained in
