Hi Everyone,

You may recognise me from this site as I have previously been featured on SixPackNow.com as Abs of the Month in June. The reason for managing to achieve a six-pack back then is because I was training alongside my brother George who was the first to achieve the 12 weeks to a Six Pack Program and had fantastic results as I am sure you have all seen and read. So I roughly know how to achieve this although last year I did not stick to a very strict eating and training plan as George did. This time I will do my best to be as disciplined as possible.

I managed to retain my defined abs up until Christmas. Unfortunately I sustained an injury to my back which stopped me training for a few months. After that, I then damaged my ligaments in my ankle, which put me out of training for a further 3 months!

It is very disheartening when you are so committed and dedicated to a fitness regime and then hit with an injury, as it can soon put you out of action for weeks. As a result of drinking and eating bad foods I lost my definition very quickly.

When I was nominated for Abs of the Month last July so many people questioned me how did I manage to do it so quickly, what did I eat? and how do I train? This is the main reason for me following the 12-week Program that will be watched online to help other females like me get motivated and learn how they can also achieve a six pack easily with a little dedication, not forgetting I have also had a son who is 8 years old next week! So all the mothers out there, it is rubbish when people tell you if you've had children you cannot ever get back in shape! You can and I'll show you how the Program will do it.
