Everyone!
My name is Adam Kazmi (alias: P), i’m from London
UK.
I was born on 30th
November 1983,
the SixPackNow
Membership was a belated birthday present from my friend, she
knew I was interested in it, and very impressed by the website’s
testimonials. Our aim was to get me started on the program in the New Year.
I’m a part time teacher for evening school, and a student in university
during the day. Due to the constant classroom environment, I have become
increasingly overweight, eating unhealthy food whether at university or at
work. My hobbies generally revolve around online gaming, anime and martial
arts, another reason I’d like to get in shape.
Over
the next few months, via the help of the SixPackNow Team, I am going to
remake myself inside out, changing my physique via my eating habits and
daily physical activities.
Many of you have been following Justin’s progress since the
24th of October 2005
,
and like me, were disheartened to hear that Justin had to pull out after
making such great initial progress. I can only hope that everyone will be
able to give me that amount of enthusiasm and support.
I am considerably larger than Justin, especially in terms of body fat (30%),
i.e. nearly a third of my body is fat. I have over a meter on my waist,
which is depressing by any measure, considering my average height. Over the
past year, I have cut down considerably on what I have eaten, just changing
quantity and not quality; going down from a massive 100kg (220lbs) to my
current weight 86kg (189.2lbs). As you can see, it’s not enough to start
smiling yet!
Starting this Wednesday, I am going to give my all to the SixPackNow
Program. I have spent the last week reading up on nutrition &
supplements, creating my diet, strengthening my resolve and familiarising
with gym equipment.
