Home Gym - Full Body Workout

While
almost all of us want that overall toned and lean physique many of us don’t have
the time to devote hours a day in a gym to achieve this. This is why when a
friend of mine, Dr David Kosiorek purchased his home gym I decided to come take
a look at it and see if I could put together a total body workout that could be
done right at home. I had always been fairly skeptical about the effectiveness
of in-home workouts but actually found that with the right exercises and pace an
efficient workout can be achieved! This is what I came up with….
Flat dumbbell press, super set with
flat dumbbell flyes.
3 sets of 12 for each exercise

Lowered Cable cross
over
3 sets of 12

Standing cable front lateral raise,
super set with seated alternating shoulder press
3 sets of 10 of each

Kneeling side lat pull, super set with
bent over d-bell row
3 sets of 12 of each

Standing alternating dumbbell curl,
super set with seated concentration curl.
3 sets of 10 of each

Standing Tricep cable extension, super
set with flat cable skull crushers
3 sets of 12 of each

Flat bench reverse crunch, superset
with twisting oblique crunch
3 sets of 25 of each

Flat jackknife
crunch
3 sets of 20
