Weight Now: 155 pounds   Waist: 31"   Body Fat:10.5%

Hi Guys,

This week has been pretty good but really busy. A lot has been going on with my new job and I am consistently doing something. I have still managed to get in my meals and my exercise however.

My meals for a day usually went something like this. Meal one: protein shake and a banana, Meal two: tuna on wheat bread. Meal three: Soy pasta and veggies. Meal four: Tofu with brown rice and some frozen fruit. Meal five: salmon with veggies. Meal six: protein shake.

I am fallowing the twelve week lean muscle program, and integrating a couple of weighted ab exercises for that extra definition. I have a jump rope with me at work so any time I get a free chance that is what I am doing. Not quite as much as I expected, but I spent a lot of time this week getting organized. I am still adding reps, and the creatine I am taking really seems to be helping me add more weight to my work out. A lot of the time I will add just a few extra pounds and it is no problem and I will have to add more. A great weight training supplement.

Next week should be busy but good. Right now my cardio is limited to mainly jump roping, except for Mondays my day off and I will be going on a nice long run for exercise and I find its really great to relive stress during a hard week. My SixPackNow Trainer has made additional changes to my plan this coming weeks to avoid reaching a plateau in my program, so I expect to see some new development in the next few weeks. My main concentration for the next few weeks is to add more lean muscle mass.

Sincerely,
Justin
