About my Ab
Training Program
I train my
abs 2-3 times a week for about ten minutes a day. The best exercises for me
would be leg raises on the roman chair and decline crunches. These exercises
particularly work the lower abdominal region and are great for building
depth and definition. With my Job for
American Storm I have to keep in good
shape, so Weight training is a very important aspect of my lifestyle. I'll
typically hit the gym 4-5 times weekly splitting body parts while
integrating core stabilization exercises in my program. I dance every night
so that's pretty much my cardio. However, for most people who may have
sedentary jobs, you do need to incorporate some cardio into your routine to
keep your lean. Whether it's running, jogging, walking or cycling, just try
to do some form of cardio atleast four times weekly.
As far as
my diet goes, I really don't get too meticulous, but I do try to eat healthy
and I supplement with protein shakes when needed. If I feel like eating a
donut, I will, but I don't go crazy.

Here's a typical days diet:
Breakfast:
Oatmeal with Protein Shake
Mid
Morning: Wheat Tortilla Burrito with Turkey
Lunch: Lean
Protein Source with bread or fruit
Mid
Afternoon: Protein Shake or Bar
Dinner:
Chicken or Turkey with pasta & veggies
Late Meal:
Protein Shake
My Five tips for keeping your abs in shape
1. Train
them to failure
2. Fill your body with good nutrients first, then if you are still hungry, eat
something for taste
3. Don't neglect cardio
4. Understand what works best for YOUR body
5. Be
consistent. No excuses!!
Train hard, keep
dedicated and you can get the abs you're after.
Good Luck with
the SixPackNow Program guys
