Works: Upper Abs

(Easy-Intermediate)

 

To increase the range of motion, place a rolled

up towel under your lower back. 

 

To build the abs, use a weighty object or loose

weight behind the head or on top of the

forehead and perform the exercise as normal. 

The weight will put more resistance on the

uppers and will help build this area.
